Website terms of use
The terms on which this website is made available. The terms for a project are set out in each written proposal and the contract you accept online; nothing on this site is an offer, a quotation or a promise of delivery.

Using the site
You may browse the site, read its content and use the quote wizard, the contact form and, if you are a client, the client panel, for their intended purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, submit false or misleading information, or use automated means to submit forms.
Information on the site
Catalogue pages describe what we typically build and how a project usually runs. Readiness labels state whether a software package is a custom build, available to customise or has a live demo. Examples labelled "Concept demo" are scoping scenarios, not delivered client projects. Any figures that appear in the catalogue are estimates and are labelled as such; only a written proposal is a binding price.
Enquiries, quotes and proposals
Sending an enquiry or completing the quote wizard does not create a contract. A contract for a project comes into being only when you accept a proposal through the client panel, on the terms attached to that proposal, and when any conditions it sets (such as a deposit) are met. A sent proposal version is fixed; a later version replaces it and only the current version can be accepted.
Client accounts
Access to the client panel is personal to the invited user. Keep your credentials confidential, keep your contact details current and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. An organisation's owner controls who may accept proposals and pay invoices on its behalf; those permissions are checked on every action.
Our content
The text, design and code of this site belong to the operator or its licensors. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link; you may not reproduce substantial parts of the site or present its content as your own. Code and designs delivered under a project are owned as set out in that project's contract.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it is error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Liability under a project is governed by that project's contract, not by these website terms.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Project contracts state their own governing law.
