Websites, software and SaaS built around your business.
Tell us what you need. We'll put together a clear, competitive proposal, scoped to your goals, with every deliverable and assumption written down before any work begins.
Connecting systems you already run (property feeds, channel managers, payment providers, accounting, carriers) with idempotent, monitored integrations.
Build and maintenance delivered under an agency or consultancy's own brand, with partner billing and reporting.
Industry packages
We build for your industry
Packages start from the features each sector genuinely needs, then we customise them to your business. Every package has a fully custom alternative on its service page.
A practice website with engagement-scope service pages, a fee enquiry form by business type, secure prospect upload, discovery call booking, a firm-maintained deadline calendar and a guides library for sole practitioners and bookkeepers.
Client register with entities and year-ends, recurring jobs by deadline with staff assignment, a client portal for document requests and approvals, secure messaging, onboarding checklists, workload view and fee billing for multi-partner accounting practices.
Campaign case studies with video and channel tags, permission records, capabilities and team pages, brief intake with upload, a new-business pipeline, careers and press for agencies.
Verified alumni by year group and course, a directory with contact permission, reunions by cohort, mentoring matches, class notes, a careers board and giving for schools, universities and alumni associations.
Listings by status and needs, applications with matching criteria, a home-check queue, fees and donations, foster placements and post-adoption follow-up for rescues and rehoming charities.
A three-chair salon moves from a paper diary to online booking
A scoping scenario written to show how we approach a build, not a delivered client project. Real case studies appear under Work once clients agree to publication.
The problem
Bookings by phone and a paper diary: double bookings when two stylists answer at once, chairs blocked while colour develops, and no deposits, so no-shows cost the quietest days.
The scoped build
Online booking with stylist choice and treatment durations, multi-stage appointments that free the chair during processing, an owner-set deposit rule, rotas that drive availability and email reminders.
Left for a later phase
Retail sales and chair-rental diaries, scoped as add-ons.
How we work
A clear process, from first message to launch
Each stage is visible in your client panel. Durations are set in your proposal, never on this page.
Tell us what you need
The quote wizard asks about your business, your current systems and what should change. Nothing is assumed from your sector alone.
Stage: Enquiry
Clarify and scope
We read your answers, ask the questions that matter and agree the scope: what is in, what is out, what comes later.
Stage: Qualification
Proposal and acceptance
A written proposal with scope, payment schedule and terms, reviewed and accepted online. Nothing starts without it.
Stage: Proposal
Design, build, review
Work runs through planning, design and development with review rounds in your client panel, each stage visible as it happens.
Stage: Delivery
Launch and maintain
Handover with training and documentation. Maintenance and hosting are optional and scoped separately.

Transparent pricing
What affects the cost?
Every project is different, so there are no one-size-fits-all prices here. A written proposal priced on your agreed scope is the only binding figure; these are the factors that move it most.
Working to a budget?
Share it in your enquiry. We'll suggest what's realistic and which features to phase in later.
The number of pages, user roles and features. A brochure site and a booking platform are very different builds.
Integrations
Connecting payment providers, CRMs, accounting or calendar tools adds setup, testing and error handling.
Data and locations
Existing data to migrate, several locations or teams, and custom reporting all add to the work.
Design
Adapting an existing brand or package is quicker than a fully bespoke design.
Ongoing maintenance
Hosting, updates and support are optional and always priced separately from the build.
Every proposal includes
Itemised scope and exclusions
Milestones and payment schedule
Ownership and hosting terms
Partnerships
We work with agencies and freelancers
Need extra development capacity, a technical partner for client work, or somewhere to refer projects you can't take on? Let's find a model that suits you. Terms are agreed in writing before the first project.
Yes. Many projects start as a website that takes enquiries or bookings and grow into business software or a SaaS product. Each topic in the catalogue has both a custom development service and a software package to start from.
How do you price a project?
Every project is priced on its scope in a written proposal. The factors that move the price are the number of locations and user roles, integrations, data migration, custom reporting and how much is already in place. There are no fixed prices on this site; a proposal is the only binding figure.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
You receive an email to confirm your address, which opens your enquiry in a client panel. We read your answers, come back with questions or a suggested approach, and if we go ahead you receive a proposal to review and accept online.
Can I start from a package and still change things?
Yes. A package is a standardised starting point for one kind of business. Its readiness is shown as it really is: custom build, available to customise, or live demo available. Anything outside the package is scoped as custom work in the same proposal.
Do you work with agencies and freelancers?
Yes. We deliver white-label builds under an agency's own brand, subcontract development, exchange referrals and act as a long-term development partner. The partnerships page explains each route.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Source code and data ownership, hosting options and export routes are set out in the proposal before anything is built, and every package page states where it can run.
