Booking by service that checks the practitioner, the room and the equipment at once, with a waiting list, pre-visit intake and a diary that covers every site.
Multi-practitioner clinics and private health centres, from a single building with four or five practitioners and a couple of treatment rooms up to a small group of sites that share staff. It suits practice managers who need one view of people and rooms, receptionists who book all day by service rather than by practitioner name, and practitioners who want their own week on their phone without the rest of the diary.
Not the right fit
It is not for a single practitioner with a secretary, who is better served by the doctor practice package, nor for dental practices, where staged treatment plans and recalls change the shape of the diary and have their own package.
The operational problem it solves
How it runs, step by step
Reception opens the clinic diary at eight.
The columns are practitioners rostered today, and beneath them a second row shows the rooms.
A patient telephones for a minor skin procedure: the receptionist picks the service, and the system offers only times when a practitioner who performs it and the treatment room are both free.
The patient takes Thursday at two; the confirmation goes out and the intake form link with it.
At ten a patient cancels a dermatology slot for this afternoon.
The waiting list holds four people who asked to be seen sooner for that department; the system offers the slot to the first, who accepts from their phone within the time window the manager set, and the gap is filled without a telephone call.
At the second site, the receptionist sees the first site's scanning suite diary read-only and books a scan for a patient who prefers to travel.
In the afternoon a batch of results is marked ready; each patient receives a notice to book a follow-up and nothing else.
The practice manager ends the day with a report of utilisation by room and by practitioner, and a list of intake forms still outstanding for tomorrow.

Bespoke reporting beyond the standard manager dashboards
The package runs on hosting the clinic chooses or on hosting we manage, and in both cases the clinic owns the code and the data. Patient contact records, appointments, intake responses and the audit log can be exported in standard formats at any time. Stored data is encrypted at rest, access is limited by role and site, and the retention schedule agreed at set-up is applied automatically.
Maintenance
Maintenance is optional and scoped separately. When taken it covers security updates to the platform and dependencies, monitoring of reminders, waiting-list offers and notification delivery, backups with a tested restore, and a monthly window for configuration changes such as a new room, service or practitioner. Larger changes are quoted as change requests.
Pricing model
Priced per proposal.
The package is priced as a one-off set-up and customisation with optional recurring hosting and maintenance lines. The set-up figure depends on the number of sites, practitioners, rooms and services, the add-ons chosen, the messaging and payment providers connected, how much existing diary data is migrated and whether clinical data is stored. Each line appears separately in the proposal.
Prefer a fully custom build?
Clinic website development
Custom websites and booking systems for multi-practitioner clinics where practitioners, rooms and equipment all have to line up for an appointment to exist.
How does the waiting list decide who gets a freed slot?
By the order patients joined for that department or service, filtered by the slot's practitioner and site. The first eligible patient is offered the slot for a window the manager sets; if it lapses, the next is offered. Reception can also offer a slot by hand.
Can patients choose a specific practitioner?
Yes, when the practitioner's booking rules allow it. A practitioner can be set to next-available only, to accept existing patients only, or to be fully bookable online.
What if two services need the same room?
The room is a resource with its own diary, so the second booking is simply not offered. The manager can add a second room or mark a service as not needing one.
Does it send results to patients?
No. It sends a notice that results are ready and a follow-up should be booked. Transmitting result content would be a separately scoped item with its own controls.
Can it connect to our existing practice management system?
That is custom work and depends on what the existing system exposes. It is scoped on the clinic website development service page rather than included in the package.
Is this a finished product with a live demo?
Not yet. The readiness badge on this page states the real position: it is a custom build assembled from our booking, resource and intake modules for each clinic, and the example screen is a labelled concept demo.
