Maintenance

Each move needs a volume and a crew size. The allocation board shows what each day has left across vehicles and crew, and a booking that exceeds it is blocked unless the owner overrides, for example by hiring a vehicle.
When does storage billing stop?
The day the last item leaves the container, recorded by the crew lead or the office. Partial collections are recorded against the items taken, and the monthly charge continues for what remains.
Can the customer see the signed inventory?
Yes. The loading and delivery signatures and the condition photos are attached to the move and visible in the customer's login, along with the quote and invoices.
Does it handle office moves?
Yes, within the same model: an inventory, a quote with options and an allocated move day. Large relocations with phases, client approvals and multiple move days are scoped as custom work through the removals software development service.
